Ralph Lauren Announces First Year Progress Against Its Timeless by Design 2030 Global Citizenship & Sustainability Strategy

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE:RL) today reported first-year progress against Timeless by Design 2030, the Company’s current phase of its Global Citizenship & Sustainability (GC&S) strategy, announced in March 2026.   • Partner for Impact:
    • Advancing Ralph Lauren’s industry-leading Design with Intent initiative with three integrated seasonal collections within Polo Ralph Lauren and Ralph Lauren Home and the expansion of the Company’s roster of Authentic Makers
    • Decreasing absolute emissions by 42% from the FY20 base year
  • Protect Natural Resources:
    • Increasing the use of regeneratively grown cotton and expanding initiatives to recycle its cotton waste into new textile yarns
  • Engage & Enable Teams:
    • Exceeding the high-performing norm in engagement and enablement scores in the Global Employee Annual Survey, reflecting Ralph Lauren’s commitment to the growth, success and wellbeing of its teams
  • Care for Communities:

As part of Timeless by Design 2030, the Company has also introduced new initiatives to achieve goals across several impact areas. In FY26, Ralph Lauren established a sourcing partnership that supports American cotton farmers using regenerative practices, expanded collaborative efforts to recycle its cotton waste into new yarns and embedded its freshwater reduction goal into the Company’s supplier engagement strategy to promote more efficient water management practices throughout its supply chain.
