ANKENY, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Casey's is continuing its partnership with 4-H, America's largest youth development organization, to help create opportunities for young people and strengthen the rural communities both organizations proudly serve.

Casey’s invites guests to support 4-H programs and pledges to match guest donations up to $150,000. Casey’s guests can contribute by:

  1. Rounding up in-store purchases from September 30-October 11
  2. Adding donations to online orders from September 30-October 31
  3. Purchasing Pringles products, which generates 40 cents for every two standard cans of Pringles purchased from September 30-November 3 up to $20,000.

"We're proud to continue our partnership with 4-H and invite our guests to join us in supporting programs that help young people build confidence, discover new interests and develop skills that will serve them wherever their futures take them," said Katie Petru, Director of PR, Communications and Community at Casey's. "Together, we're creating more opportunities for youth across Casey's Country."

Across Casey's 19-state footprint, nearly 3 million active 4-H members are developing leadership, communication and teamwork skills through hands-on learning experiences that help prepare them for the future. Casey's and 4-H share a commitment to supporting rural communities and helping young people gain the skills and confidence needed to thrive.

“Casey’s has been an incredible partner in helping 4-H create more opportunities for young people in the communities we both serve,” said Heather Elliott, Chief Development and Marketing Officer, National 4-H Council. “For nearly 125 years, 4-H has helped young people build communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills while developing the confidence to lead - so it’s no surprise that 4-H’ers are twice as likely to have the goal of becoming a leader. Through hands-on experiences with Casey’s, we’re helping more young people become Beyond Ready for work and life.”

Casey's and local 4-H chapters will also host engagement events in eight communities this fall, giving members opportunities to participate in interactive activities focused on retail careers, teamwork and workplace skills. These events will take place in:

  • Rochester, Minn. (Sept. 14)
  • Topeka, Kan. (Sept. 15)
  • Fort Smith, Ark. (Sept. 16)
  • Tulsa, Okla. (Sept. 16)
