Powerhouse Appoints Sue McCarty as Chief Revenue Officer and Justin Figley as Chief Operating Officer

CROWLEY, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Powerhouse, a national leader in multi-site rollout, refresh, staffing, and merchandising solutions, today announced the appointments of Sue McCarty as Chief Revenue Officer and Justin Figley as Chief Operating Officer. Both promotions recognize proven leaders whose careers have been built almost entirely within Powerhouse's operations organization.

McCarty joined Powerhouse in 2008 and has spent more than 18 years with the company, advancing through project management into senior operations leadership. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations, where she was responsible for all of Powerhouse's revenue-generating business units, and then as Executive Vice President of Business Development, quickly building out Powerhouse's growth engine and delivering measurable gains in new business. She now steps into the Chief Revenue Officer role, responsible for leading Powerhouse's next phase of growth.

Figley brings nine years of experience at Powerhouse, along with additional real estate and construction leadership experience at Lidl US and Save-A-Lot. He first joined Powerhouse as a Project Manager in 2015, following several years managing projects for Nationwide Retail Services, and returned in 2018 as Director of Operations after serving as Senior Manager of Real Estate at Lidl US and Director of Construction at Save-A-Lot. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations before being named Executive Vice President of Operations in July 2025.
