ANV Strengthens US Transactional Risk Platform

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ANV Group Holdings Ltd. (“ANV” or “the Company”), a global insurance intermediary platform, today announced the appointment of Sarthak Sharma to lead US Transactional Risk within ANV, and confirmed the departure of Colin Addy and Greg Conroy.

Sharma brings nearly a decade of insurance and legal experience spanning transactional risk, underwriting, and mergers and acquisitions. In his new role, he will lead ANV’s US Transactional Risk team, with a focus on growing the business, strengthening broker relationships and delivering specialized insurance solutions for complex M&A transactions.

Prior to joining ANV, Sharma served as Senior Vice President & Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions at Ryan Transactional Risk, where he specialized in representations and warranties insurance and worked closely with brokers, strategic buyers and private equity firms on complex M&A transactions.
