ANN ARBOR, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NSF, a global human health organization, today announced the appointment of Nicole Parent Haughey to its Board of Directors. Haughey brings more than three decades of leadership experience as an investor, operator, corporate executive and public company board director, with deep expertise in strategy, governance, mergers and acquisitions, talent development and value creation.

NSF's appointment of Haughey supports the organization's continued focus on long-term growth and transformation. As NSF advances its Blueprint 2030 strategy, the organization continues to strengthen its governance capabilities to support growth, innovation and operational excellence across its global business.

Haughey currently serves on the boards of Allegion plc and Xponential Fitness, where she contributes to governance and nominating, audit, and human capital committee responsibilities. She also serves as Founder and CEO of Halsey Loganberry Growth Advisors LLC, advising organizations on growth acceleration, operational excellence and strategic priorities.
Previously, Haughey served as Chief Operating Officer of Island Creek Oysters and Mimeo.com, leading operational transformation and growth initiatives. Earlier in her career, she was Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at United Technologies Corporation, where she helped shape the company's transformational acquisition strategy and long-term portfolio direction. She also co-founded Vertical Research Partners, building the firm into a highly respected independent equity research business.
In addition to her corporate leadership experience, Haughey has held numerous governance and leadership roles. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Boston MedFlight and previously served as Vice Chair of the Harvard University Board of Overseers, as well as Chair of the University's Visiting Committee on Athletics.
