SciFin Introduces Context Convergence to Close the Context Gap for Revenue Teams

SciFin brings Context Convergence to revenue teams, aligning context with reality and helping organizations consolidate fragmented tools.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SciFin, a new company helping revenue organizations turn fragmented information into timely action, today launched its platform, pioneering Context Convergence, a new category built to close the Context Gap: the divide between information scattered across an organization and the complete, current understanding teams need to make decisions.

“Revenue teams perform best with one current view of the business,” said Mohit Aron, founder and CEO of SciFin. “Context Convergence surfaces risk sooner, sharpens coaching, reduces RevOps work, and gives reps more time and insight to win.”

Critical context is often spread across CRM records, calls, emails, support interactions, reports, point solutions, and individual employees. Sellers spend time entering updates instead of selling. Managers collect status instead of coaching. RevOps teams reconcile data and rebuild the same reports every week. Executives are left to make decisions without a reliable view of the business.

“Revenue teams do their best work when everyone shares the same current understanding of the business,” said Mohit Aron, founder and CEO of SciFin. “That is what Context Convergence delivers: earlier visibility into risk for sales leaders, clearer coaching priorities for managers, less manual work for RevOps, and more time and sharper deal insight for reps to win more and larger deals, faster.”

What's Driving the Context Gap

Two problems create the gap:

  1. Context Fragmentation occurs when different tools and people each hold part of the customer story. Teams must search across systems and piece that story together before they can answer basic questions about pipeline, account health, or the forecast.
  2. Reality Divergence occurs when recorded information no longer reflects activity in the field. A deal may appear healthy in the CRM even though a concern surfaced during the latest customer call. A forecast may omit a new commitment, objection, or stakeholder change.

Organizations have tried to solve these problems by adding more point solutions, dashboards, integrations, and manual reporting. That approach creates more subscriptions to manage and more places for information to fall out of sync.

Adding general-purpose AI on top of those systems doesn't fix this. AI can only act on the context it can access and trust, and without something maintaining that context, it has to reconstruct the business from raw records every time, adding latency, token costs, and the risk of confident answers built on incomplete information.

“We were piecing together our CRM, Slack, and call transcripts just to run the forecast. SciFin helps us catch risk earlier, respond to customers faster, and cut reporting work and tools. We can grow the team without growing the overhead,” said Surojit Chatterjee, founder and CEO of Ema.

Closing the Context Gap with Context Convergence

SciFin's Context Convergence transforms scattered records into a living model of the business. The platform captures information where work happens, connects it to the customers and opportunities that matter, and keeps it aligned with ongoing activity.

The result is earlier visibility into revenue risk, less administrative work for sellers and RevOps, and more time for managers to coach.

SciFin also gives revenue organizations a way to simplify their technology stack without replacing every core system. Teams keep the tools they value and consolidate the rest onto SciFin, cutting redundant subscriptions and integrations along the way.

“Every tool we added meant more fragmentation and a bigger bill, not better decisions. With SciFin, our team and our AI work from one current context layer. We spend less on software and trust the answers more,” said Bryan Smith, CEO of Expedient.

Under the hood, Context Convergence runs on three connected layers: Context Cloud, which gathers context from every system it touches; Context Cognition, which turns that raw context into higher-level insight; and Pixie, SciFin's AI companion, which uses it to answer questions, surface risks, and recommend next steps. SciFin's platform is available today.

Mohit Aron and SciFin will be at Dreamforce from Sept. 15 through 17, 2026, at Booth 308.
