ABC Supply Announces CEO Retirement and Leadership Transition

Keith Rozolis to Retire as CEO and Continue as Executive Advisor and Board Member; Mike Jost Named Chief Executive Officer

BELOIT, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ABC Supply Co., Inc., the largest wholesale distributor of roofing, select exterior and interior building products, and outdoor solutions in North America, today announced that Chief Executive Officer Keith Rozolis plans to retire effective Dec. 31, 2026. As part of the company's leadership succession plan, President and Chief Operating Officer Mike Jost has been appointed Chief Executive Officer effective Jan. 1, 2027.

Rozolis joined ABC Supply in 1999, helping establish the company's first strategic marketing department and ushering in a period of significant growth and transformation. During his tenure as CEO, beginning in 2014, the company has strengthened its market position, more than doubled its location count and expanded its footprint across North America. He also guided the business through major acquisitions, the expansion of new business verticals and strategic investments in technology, operations and customer service.
