NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE: NLY) (“Annaly” or the “Company”) declared the third quarter 2026 common stock cash dividend of $0.75 per common share. This dividend is payable October 30, 2026, to common shareholders of record on September 30, 2026. The ex-dividend date is September 30, 2026.
