Cecilia M. Pacheco Joins Coke Florida as Vice President, Human Resources
TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (“Coke Florida”) today announced the appointment of Cecilia M. Pacheco as Vice President, Human Resources.

Pacheco brings more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience with Fortune 500 organizations. Throughout her career, she has led talent and organizational initiatives supporting business transformation, workforce development, and operational effectiveness. She will lead Coke Florida’s Human Resources function, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Learning and Development, and Total Rewards.
