MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Next week at IMTS 2026, C-Infinity will announce the release of AutoAssembler v4, an AI-powered assembly intelligence platform designed to help manufacturers accelerate process planning, reduce manual engineering effort, and keep design and production aligned. AutoAssembler is built to address one of manufacturing’s longstanding challenges: translating product designs into executable manufacturing plans. Faster AI acceleration enables the platform to scale to the complexity of real-world process plans. The platform transforms product models into live, validated, change-aware production plans and helps manufacturers automate the transition from engineering definition to production execution.

Designed for enterprise manufacturing environments, AutoAssembler connects directly into existing engineering workflows and supports all major CAD and PLM platforms. The platform integrates with PLM environments and supports structured downstream outputs for ERP, MES, and factory automation systems.

AutoAssembler uses AI and physics-based reasoning to evaluate manufacturability and assembly feasibility before production begins. The platform can identify issues including interference, misalignment, infeasible configurations, motion feasibility concerns, assembly sequencing challenges, and Design for Assembly (DfA) opportunities earlier in the development cycle. The platform also automates the generation of manufacturing bills of materials (MBOMs) and bills of process (BOPs), deriving production plans directly from product models and updating workflows dynamically as engineering changes occur.
