Wolters Kluwer partners with Hitachi Cyber to deliver integrated governance, risk and compliance solutions

Relationship combines TeamMate Risk & Compliance software with Hitachi Cyber's governance, risk, compliance, and privacy services to help organizations strengthen resilience, improve visibility, and reduce operational burden

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wolters Kluwer today announced a collaboration with Hitachi Cyber to help organizations strengthen governance, risk, compliance, privacy and cybersecurity programs through an integrated combination of technology, advisory expertise and ongoing program support. By bringing together TeamMate Risk & Compliance software and Hitachi Cyber's governance, risk, compliance and privacy capabilities, the collaboration helps organizations move beyond fragmented manual processes, gain greater visibility into risk and compliance activities, and build more mature, audit-ready programs.

Under the relationship, Hitachi Cyber will resell TeamMate Risk & Compliance software and provide professional, managed GRC and privacy services to help organizations strengthen and mature their programs.

TeamMate Risk & Compliance helps information security, compliance and risk teams manage cyber, operational, third-party and regulatory risk through a single connected platform. The collaboration combines TeamMate Risk & Compliance technology with Hitachi Cyber's managed cybersecurity, GRC and privacy services to help organizations strengthen programs, improve visibility and reduce manual effort.

“Managing cybersecurity, third-party risk, and compliance obligations requires a more connected approach,” said Maria Montenegro, CEO, Wolters Kluwer Corporate Performance & ESG. “Together with Hitachi Cyber, we help customers build more structured and defensible programs, and we're already seeing results, including a global healthcare technology company as our first joint customer.”

Helping information security, compliance and risk teams work with greater confidence

Through this relationship, customers can access software together with professional and managed services that help them design, operate and improve governance, risk, compliance and privacy programs. Engagements may begin with advisory services and maturity assessments before transitioning to implementation support and ongoing managed services.

“Organizations are facing increasing pressure to manage cyber risk, compliance obligations and privacy requirements while navigating growing regulatory complexity and resource constraints,” said Matt Castonguay, Chief Revenue Officer, Hitachi Cyber. “Through our collaboration with Wolters Kluwer, we're helping customers move beyond fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected processes by combining TeamMate's powerful platform with Hitachi Cyber's governance, risk, compliance and privacy expertise. Together, we provide the strategic guidance, operational support and continuous oversight organizations need to reduce compliance burden, strengthen resilience and give executive leadership greater confidence in their risk and audit readiness.”

The collaboration supports organizations in highly regulated industries, including financial services, healthcare, government, critical infrastructure, energy and technology.
