On Tuesday, September 15, at 10:00 a.m. ET in Room B306, Chairman and CEO William Santana Li and Eric J Rose, President, Security Force at Knightscope, will present “Robots and Humans in Security: Where the Lines Intersect and What Comes Next,” an All Access education session in the Site Security track, supported by the ASIS Future Operations Center Interest Group. The panel pairs two complementary perspectives - a security leader with decades of experience deploying protective personnel and a Silicon Valley CEO building autonomous security capabilities at scale - to examine where human-led programs excel, where automation strengthens coverage, and where both break down without strong oversight. Attendees will leave with a clear framework for evaluating which tasks should remain human-driven, which can be technology-enabled, and how layered security designs improve outcomes across environments, from static posts to mobile coverage and remote support.

“Machines don’t replace judgment, and people shouldn’t be assigned to work a machine does better,” said William Santana Li, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Knightscope. “GSX is where the industry decides what the next decade of security operations looks like, and we intend to have that conversation out loud, on stage, with the people who carry that responsibility every day.”

The session anchors Knightscope’s full presence in Atlanta. The Company is also sponsoring Secure Horizons, the ASIS International CSO Center’s exclusive two-day program for senior security executives, held September 12-13 ahead of the exhibition. The Company will host private demonstrations of the Autonomous Security Force in the Signals VIP Lounge at Booth #3905.

Knightscope serves 434 clients across 42 states, and to date the Company’s machines have logged more than 4.4 million autonomous hours in the field.

Full session and speaker details are available on the GSX website: the session page, William Santana Li, and Eric Rose.
