HighGrove Partners Acquires O&A Landscaping, Further Expanding its Florida Commercial Landscaping Footprint

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HighGrove Partners, LLC (“HighGrove”), an Atlanta-based commercial landscaping company, today announced the completed acquisition of O&A Landscaping ("O&A"), headquartered in the Greater Orlando, Florida area. HighGrove is backed by Agellus Capital, LLC ("Agellus"), a middle-market private equity firm focused on essential services businesses.

O&A was founded by Carl Osborn and Rob Allis in 2006 and provides landscape maintenance, enhancement, arbor care, and irrigation services to a broad base of clients throughout Central Florida.
