Kenco Named Bissell’s 3PL Partner of the Year

Award recognizes reliable service and strong operational performance at Lancaster, Texas distribution center

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kenco, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider, has been recognized as BISSELL’s 3PL Partner of the Year. Presented during BISSELL’s Supply Chain Summit in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the award recognizes Kenco’s support of the floor care manufacturer’s distribution operations.

Kenco manages one of BISSELL’s six distribution centers, a 525,000-square-foot facility in Lancaster, Texas. Over the past year, the operation delivered strong results across key performance metrics, including a 99.7% order fill rate and nearly 100% on-time shipment performance, while recording zero OSHA recordable incidents and minimal chargebacks. The team also helped pilot a new Amazon program that was successfully expanded.
