QGC Names Blake Thompson Vice President of Mission Advancement and Brand Ambassador

Media executive and philanthropist to lead outreach, charitable engagement, and brand strategy across the company’s growing family of businesses

OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quality Growth Companies (QGC) today announced that Blake Thompson has joined the company as Vice President, Mission Advancement and Brand Ambassador.

In this new role, Thompson will lead QGC's charitable giving and outreach strategy, including expanding relationships with existing QFoundation partners such as Folds of Honor, Shelter KC, and Rescue Hill. He will also serve as a strategic advisor on marketing and brand strategy, ensuring the company's mission remains central across its expanding portfolio.

Thompson joins QGC following a distinguished 30-year tenure at Ramsey Solutions, where he served as Executive Vice President. Working alongside founder Dave Ramsey, Thompson helped grow Ramsey Solutions into a nationally recognized media company with more than 1,000 employees, 10 podcasts, national radio syndication, and an expanding digital platform.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Thompson is a dedicated humanitarian. He has spent several years working to dismantle the cycle of debt-slavery in Pakistan, successfully helping to free over 2,200 families trapped in bonded labor. Thompson now brings that humanitarian focus directly to QFoundation's mission.
