Barings Provides $72.6 Million Financing for 140 Kendrick Street in Suburban Boston

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Barings, one of the world's leading alternative investment managers, announced today that it has provided a $72.6 million loan to a joint venture between Cross Ocean Partners and Lincoln Property Company to support the acquisition of 140 Kendrick Street, a Class A office campus in Needham, Massachusetts.

With direct access to Route 128 / Interstate 95 and adjacent to the 600-acre Cutler Park Reservation, the property combines strong accessibility with a highly amenitized workplace environment, featuring a fitness center, full-service café, coffee bar, conference center and outdoor gathering spaces.
