eDreams ODIGEO Advances Its International Expansion With the Scaling of Its Prime Subscription Platform in Poland

  • Polish travellers have shown strong appetite for Prime, with proven adoption and competitiveness levels that firmly support the move to full scale.
  • Poland, one of Europe's most subscription-ready markets, becomes the latest market in the expansion of Prime as a global subscription platform.
  • The Company remains firmly on track towards its target of more than 13 million Prime members by March 2030, with results developing as expected within existing guidance.

BARCELONA, Spain--(BUSINESS WIRE)--eDreams ODIGEO (the "Company" or "eDO") (BME: EDR) (OTC: EDDRF), the world's leading travel subscription platform, today announced the scaling of its Prime subscription platform in Poland, moving the country into a phase of full-scale expansion, the latest milestone in the international growth plan of the world's first travel subscription programme.

International expansion is a key growth lever on eDO's path to more than 13 million Prime members by 2030.

Prime has already delivered a strong attach rate in Poland, with a high share of customers choosing to become Prime travel subscribers, alongside a highly competitive member offering. These results prove that eDO is successfully scaling its subscription proposition in markets beyond its established Western European base.

Poland offers particularly fertile ground: it is one of Europe's most subscription-ready markets, where paid memberships are already part of everyday consumer life. For instance, the country's largest e-commerce platform counts more than 7.5 million active subscribers1 to its membership programme in a country of approximately 38 million people. The opportunity for the Prime travel subscription offering is significant: Poland's online travel market is worth €3.4 billion, of which the online travel agent segment accounts for €2.5 billion and is growing strongly at around 10% per year, making it one of the largest and fastest growing OTA markets in Central and Eastern Europe2.

The full-scale expansion of Prime into Poland forms part of eDO's strategic roadmap presented in November 2025, in which international expansion is a key growth lever on the path to more than 13 million Prime members by 2030. Following the recent scaling of the Prime proposition in markets such as Argentina and Mexico, where performance has likewise met expectations, Poland's progress confirms that the growth strategy is delivering the expected results.

Alongside geographic expansion, the roadmap also encompasses growth into new verticals, extending the subscription proposition across a broader range of travel products as the Company builds a truly global, multi-product travel subscription platform. The expansion remains fully within the Company's existing financial targets and long-term guidance, which are unchanged.

Dana Dunne, Chief Executive Officer at eDreams ODIGEO, said:We are delighted to take Prime to full scale in Poland. The strong appetite Polish customers have shown for Prime, echoing what we have seen in other recently scaled markets, such as Argentina and Mexico, proves that our subscription model travels well beyond our home markets. This is our strategy delivering exactly as planned. We look forward to bringing the benefits of Prime to many more Polish travellers as we progress towards our goal of more than 13 million members by March 2030."
