Textron Appoints Brian Rohloff President and CEO of Textron Aviation

PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) today announced the appointment of Brian Rohloff as president and CEO of its Textron Aviation segment, effective August 31, 2026. Rohloff succeeds Ron Draper, who announced his retirement after more than 27 years with Textron, including the past eight years leading Textron Aviation.

Rohloff has held leadership positions at Textron Aviation spanning customer support, sales, supply chain and quality throughout his career, providing a broad perspective across the business. Most recently, he served as senior vice president, Customer Support, where he led Textron Aviation's global customer support operations. Previous roles at Textron Aviation include vice president, Quality; vice president, Sales; senior product director for the Citation XLS+ and Citation X; and director of Paint Operations. He is a graduate of Wichita State University.
