Andersen Announces Closing of Secondary Offering and Full Exercise of the Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Andersen Group Inc. (NYSE: ANDG), a leading independent provider of tax, valuation and financial advisory services to individuals, family offices, businesses and alternative investment funds in the United States, today announced the closing of an underwritten public offering of 4,927,125 shares of its Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders, which included the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase an additional 642,668 shares of Class A common stock at a public offering price of $44.00 per share. Gross proceeds to the selling stockholders were approximately $216.8 million, before underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. Andersen did not sell any shares in the offering and did not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
Baird, Truist Securities and UBS Investment Bank acted as lead book-running managers and William Blair acted as additional book-running manager.
