CloudWalk Takes Pierre to the Nasdaq Tower

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CloudWalk is a technology company building AGI and ASI. It makes its money in payments and credit. This week, Pierre, its consumer financial agent, is on the Nasdaq Tower in Times Square.

The product is the agent stack. Pierre acts on the consumer's money. Jim runs the seller. Gabriel closes support. A swarm of agents improves all three. Recursive self-improvement is not a research plan. It is how the company operates.

Pierre reads a person's accounts through Open Finance and acts on the money. JIM runs the seller across ecommerce, real-time payments, tap to pay and instant payouts. Gabriel is InfinitePay support, and closes about 98% of cases without a human. Credit, fraud and onboarding sit on the same stack. These agents do the work. They are not chatbots.

"We didn't add AI to a financial services company. We built a financial services company that runs on AI, from day one. The infrastructure is ours, the model is ours, and the cost advantage compounds with every transaction," said Luis Silva, founder, chairman and CEO of CloudWalk.

The same machine already processes more than 60 billion tokens a day in production. That is one of the largest applied AI deployments in financial services, and the most intensive in Latin America.

As of March 2026, CloudWalk reported an annualized revenue run-rate of about $1.7 billion, with net revenue growing more than 100% year over year. The company is profitable.

The tower is a public signal of a private fact. The company is already running. Pierre is how the consumer meets it.

Pierre Turns Financial Management Into a Simple Conversation -- No Spreadsheets, No Confusing Charts

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--There’s a paradox in personal finance: the more financial management tools someone downloads, the less they understand their own money.
