Barings Supports The Edgewater Funds Growth Investment in Parker Manufacturing Group

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Barings, one of the world’s leading alternative asset managers, announced today that it served as lead agent of senior secured credit facilities to support The Edgewater Funds’ (“Edgewater”) acquisition of Parker Manufacturing Group ("Parker”).

Parker is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered precision fasteners serving the aerospace & defense, semiconductor capital equipment, and general industrial end markets. The investment advances Edgewater’s strategy of building a leading manufacturer and value-added provider of highly engineered fastening solutions.
