C3 Risk & Insurance Services Names Brandon Stanford Chief Financial Officer and Partner

Stanford steps into the role to strengthen the company’s financial strategy, support continued growth and help position the firm for long-term success

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--C3 Risk & Insurance Services is expanding its leadership bench, naming finance executive Brandon Stanford as Chief Financial Officer and partner.

Since joining C3 as a fractional CFO in 2025, Stanford has helped strengthen the firm’s financial strategy and visibility while bringing data-driven perspective to operational and growth decisions. His move into the full-time role strategically expands C3’s partnership group, adding finance expertise to a leadership team spanning sales, operations, and people and client services.

Stanford brings more than 20 years of finance leadership experience spanning public companies, private equity-backed organizations, high-growth businesses, and global hospitality and consumer brands. Prior to C3, he served as CFO of Eastridge Workforce Solutions, where he led growth initiatives, international expansion and the company’s transition to 100 percent employee ownership. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance and treasury leadership roles with Callaway Golf, Marriott International, and more.

At C3, Stanford leads financial strategy, planning, reporting, governance and operational finance to support the company’s continued growth. After initially joining C3 as a fractional CFO in 2025, he is now transitioning into the full-time CFO and partner role, bringing his extensive finance leadership experience to C3’s continued growth and long-term success.
