Ramsbacker joins RapidRatings during a period of transformation and product expansion. Over the past year, the company has broadened its offerings with the launch of ActionPath and FastTrack, expanded the network experience for members, and introduced new capabilities that help organizations move from financial analysis to improving business performance. As CPTO, Ramsbacker will build on that momentum by driving product innovation and strengthening the integration of data, analytics, and AI to help clients translate financial insights into faster decisions, stronger performance, and greater resilience.

Ramsbacker brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling enterprise B2B SaaS platforms spanning risk analytics, identity verification, data intelligence, and enterprise decisioning. He has held senior product leadership roles at Trulioo, Data Zoo, Mitek Systems, and Epsilon, where he led global product and engineering organizations through the evolution from single-point services to multi-product, AI-powered global platforms that help enterprises make faster, smarter trust decisions.

"Michael has spent more than two decades building SaaS platforms that turn complex data into trusted, actionable decisions for global enterprises,” said Charlie Minutella, RapidRatings CEO. “His experience advancing risk analytics and AI-powered decisioning aligns closely with our vision for RapidRatings as we continue enhancing the platform with intelligent capabilities that help our clients and suppliers improve efficiency and operational performance.”

“RapidRatings has earned its position as a trusted leader in financial analytics by helping some of the world’s largest organizations make better business decisions,” said Ramsbacker. “I see tremendous opportunity to build on that foundation by harnessing AI to make financial and operational intelligence more precise, efficient, and outcome-oriented.
