Antthony Mark Hankins’ Claims Against QVC and HSN Preserved Under Confirmed Chapter 11 Plan

SAVANNAH, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Antthony Mark Hankins, founder of Antthony Design Originals, announced today that the order confirming QVC’s Chapter 11 plan expressly preserves the claims asserted by Hankins and Antthony Design Originals in their pending federal lawsuit.

The action, Antthony Design Originals, Inc., et al. v. QVC Group, Inc., et al., Case No. 2:26-cv-00912-MAK, remains pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The confirmation order provides that the bankruptcy plan does not satisfy, extinguish, discharge, release, enjoin, or otherwise impair the claims asserted in that action. It further preserves the plaintiffs’ rights to prosecute and adjudicate those claims and to seek monetary or injunctive relief against the reorganized debtors.

The stay in the federal action has now been lifted, and the court has ordered the case to proceed. QVC’s deadline for its anticipated motions is September 2, 2026.
