Agellus Capital’s Bluejack Fire & Life Safety Completes Acquisition of Phillips Fire & Life Safety, Expanding Its Presence in Houston

CLAYTON, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Agellus Capital, LLC (“Agellus”) announced today the acquisition of Houston-based Phillips Fire & Life Safety (“Phillips”). Phillips will be joining Bluejack Fire & Life Safety (“Bluejack”), a Houston, Texas-headquartered national service provider of fire & life safety services.

Founded by Dan Phillips in 2022, Phillips provides fire & life safety services for commercial facility alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers throughout the Greater Houston area.
