GRM Information Management Acquisition of Storage Quarters Records Management, Inc. Expands GRM Client Base in New York Metro.

JERSEY CITY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GRM Information Management recently completed the acquisition of Storage Quarters Records Management of Garden City, NY. This acquisition adds to GRM’s already-substantial NY area client base and contributes to its strong year-to-date revenue growth. This is GRM’s second recent acquisition, having acquired FileVault, LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina last month.

Beyond its Document Storage business, GRM also provides Scanning, Pathology Storage, Document Destruction and Release of Information (ROI) services for the healthcare industry.
