Barings Supports Investcorp in its Acquisition of Berger Financial Group

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Barings, one of the world’s leading alternative asset managers, announced today that it served as lead agent of senior secured credit facilities to support Investcorp in its acquisition of Berger Financial Group (“Berger”).

Berger Financial Group is a Registered Investment Advisor (“RIA”) with more than $3 billion in assets under management, providing financial & retirement planning, portfolio management, and tax planning services to more than 3,800 clients across nine offices.
