Tri Pointe Homes Makes a Return to Poulsbo With Latest Community, Plateau at Liberty Bay

63-home neighborhood marks builder’s 8th community in Poulsbo since 2007

POULSBO, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tri Pointe Homes®, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, is excited to celebrate the grand opening of its newest community, Plateau at Liberty Bay, on Saturday, Aug. 15. This new single-family home community builds upon the company’s nearly 20-year legacy of creating thoughtfully designed neighborhoods in Poulsbo, marking Plateau at Liberty Bay as the builder’s eighth neighborhood in the city.

Located at 1056 NW Tromso St, Plateau at Liberty Bay is a 63-home neighborhood with seven home design options ranging from approximately 2,112 to 3,070 square feet with three to five bedrooms, open-concept living spaces, and flexible layouts designed to meet a range of needs from today’s homeowners. Homes are anticipated to start from the $700,000s. The community boasts nearly 14 acres of protected open space, access to city parks, and opportunities to enjoy nearby trails, waterfront recreation, and the vibrant historic downtown of Poulsbo.

Since 2007, Tri Pointe (which was formerly known as Quadrant Homes® in Washington state until 2020), has developed seven other communities in the Poulsbo area, delivering approximately 637 homes. Previous communities include Stendahl Ridge, Liberty Hill, Vinland Pointe, Mountain Aire, Lone Pine, and most recently, Poulsbo Meadows and Blue Heron.

“Despite challenging market conditions across the Puget Sound, Kitsap County’s housing market is relatively robust, reflecting steady demand in the area due to strong industry sectors including military, health care, and education,” said VP of Community Experience for Tri Pointe Homes Washington Tricia Lynn. “We’re proud to have built several communities in the region and look forward to continuing our mission of building homes that change lives with this new neighborhood.”

Designed to embrace the natural beauty of the area, Plateau at Liberty Bay pairs modern home design with Pacific Northwest lifestyle preferences. Home options include spacious pantries and office spaces to make work-from-home a breeze. Exterior designs reflect coastal inspiration, and each home has a front and back yard for maximum curb appeal. Homebuyers can visit Tri Pointe’s award-winning Design Studio in Bellevue to personalize their homes with fixtures and finishes to match their unique styles.

To celebrate the newest community, Tri Pointe Homes will host a Grand Slam Grand Opening on Saturday, Aug. 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests will have an opportunity to tour the model homes, enjoy refreshments and an ice cream bar, and meet Mariner Moose, who is scheduled to make a guest appearance from 12 to 1 p.m. Attendees can learn more about available homesites, floor plans, and the homebuying process.
