Judi Health™ Ranks on the 2026 Inc. 5000, Marking Five Consecutive Years Among America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies
Fifth consecutive appearance signals an industry-wide structural shift toward fully connected, transparent, and interoperable health benefits administration
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Judi Health™, the enterprise health technology company and benefits administrator, today announced that it has ranked No. 736 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list. This marks the company’s fifth consecutive appearance on the list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, a distinction that puts Judi Health in elite company and a feat accomplished by fewer than 1% of companies ever ranked on the Inc. 5000. This milestone underscores Judi Health’s sustained growth and market momentum, and reflects a broader market shift toward unified, transparent health benefits administration.
Making the Inc. 5000 for the fifth consecutive year reflects plan sponsors’ demand for – and adoption of – a transparent, unified approach to benefits, along with the technology required to address the rising complexity of modern healthcare: Judi®.

Judi Health continues to modernize healthcare administration and has established itself as one of the largest benefit managers in the country. The company began its journey with Judi Rx™, a transparent pharmacy benefit manager, and rapidly expanded thanks to its innovative technology, dedication to transparency, and relentless pursuit of customer service excellence. Building on the company’s commitment to improving healthcare, Judi Care™ was established to provide medical plan management for employers, unions, and public sector organizations. Recognizing the unequaled capabilities of the Judi® technology platform, the company formed Judi Cloud™ to license enterprise solutions to health plans and third-party administrators (TPAs). Making the Inc. 5000 again reflects plan sponsors’ demand for – and adoption of – a transparent, unified approach to benefits, along with the technology required to address the rising complexity of modern healthcare.
“Appearing on the Inc. 5000 for five straight years is a testament to our team’s execution and is proof that the industry is moving away from high costs, substandard care, and the opaque business models maintained by legacy healthcare administrators,” said AJ Loiacono, CEO of Judi Health. “Judi Health’s exceptional organic growth not only reflects the market’s growing demand for our services and technology, but it also reinforces our position as the industry’s leading innovator. I could not be prouder of our team for achieving this distinction.”
Over the past 12 months, Judi Health has continued its strong growth trajectory across Judi Rx commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid markets, driven entirely by new client relationships and organic expansion rather than acquisitions. Following an oversubscribed funding round exceeding $400 million, the company has further evolved its enterprise health benefits platform. Today, the Judi platform serves millions of members, supports the delivery of industry-leading customer satisfaction, improves patient outcomes, and has saved customers billions of dollars through reduced healthcare trend and agnostic, transparent pricing.
Since mid-2025, Judi Health has achieved several additional milestones:
- Security: Received FedRAMP Ready status.
- Strategy: Partnered with CLEAR as a preferred identity verification partner to support secure, interoperable access to health benefits.
- Technology: Launched the first unified claims platform in healthcare.
- Celebrity: Won seven Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service and eight Top Workplace awards.
- Community: Unveiled a multi-year partnership with the Charlotte Hornets.
“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance–it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”
