Leaf Health Integrates PriceMDs’ API into LeafIQ

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PriceMDs and Leaf Health today announced the integration of PriceMDs’ API into LeafIQ, Leaf Health’s pharmacy analytics and reporting platform. The integration enables brokers and third-party administrators to evaluate applicable SourceDirectRx pricing and initiate clinical referrals while analyzing pharmacy spend and specialty medication exposure.

Within LeafIQ, users can compare a plan’s current medication cost with available SourceDirectRx pricing without leaving the platform or submitting a separate pricing request. The capability supports eligible medications across both the pharmacy and medical benefits, including applicable J-code and Q-code drugs.

The integration gives brokers and TPAs a more direct path from identifying a high-cost medication to evaluating a clinically appropriate savings opportunity. It can support prospective plan analysis, ongoing utilization review, and recommendations to plan sponsors as claims activity changes.
