RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Universal Corporation (NYSE:UVV), a global business-to-business agriproducts company, announced today that its Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of eighty-three cents ($0.83) per share on the shares of the Company, payable November 2, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 12, 2026.
