Auvik's Mark Ralls Named AI Leader on Channel Insider’s 2026 Channel List

Award recognizes Ralls' leadership in Auvik's evolution to AI-powered IT operations

WATERLOO, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Auvik, an award-winning AI-driven IT management platform provider, today announced that Mark Ralls, President, has been named to Channel Insider's 2026 AI Leaders in the Channel List. The annual list recognizes executives driving real innovation and impact through artificial intelligence across the IT channel.

“What partners actually need are tools that work alongside their teams to deliver practical guidance that supports faster, more automated remediation. That's what we set out to build with Auvik AI." Mark Ralls, President at Auvik

Since being named President in 2024, Ralls has championed Auvik's expansion beyond its network monitoring and management roots into a broader, AI-enabled IT management platform. He was instrumental in the launch of Auvik AI, a set of AI-powered agents built into the platform that help IT teams manage, troubleshoot, and optimize their infrastructure without added setup or tuning. The agents draw on 15 years of Auvik's real-world network data to prioritize alerts, guide troubleshooting, and flag device lifecycle issues before they become outages.

“We built Auvik AI not to chase the AI hype cycle, but to directly address the operational challenges our partners and customers face every day,” said Doug Murray, CEO of Auvik. “Mark has played a central role in bringing that vision to life, and this recognition speaks to the impact of his work.”

Ralls brings more than twenty years of operational leadership to the role, including prior experience as President and COO of Invicti Security and leadership positions at SolarWinds and Vista Equity Partners.

“There’s obviously tremendous buzz around AI right now. But what partners actually need are tools that work alongside their teams to deliver practical guidance that supports faster, more automated remediation. That's what we set out to build with Auvik AI,” said Ralls. “It's grounded in real-time network data rather than guesswork, which is what makes it useful instead of just another chatbot. This recognition means a lot given how much work went into getting that right.”

Recognizing AI Leadership Across the Channel
Channel Insider created the list to spotlight channel-focused leaders from MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, GSIs, and vendors who are delivering measurable AI-driven outcomes in cybersecurity, automation, customer support, and operations.

“AI is changing how the channel delivers value, and these leaders are at the forefront of what will come next,” said Victoria Durgin, Managing Editor at Channel Insider. “We congratulate each honoree for pushing innovation and helping partners stay competitive in an evolving market.”
