Integrated Data Services Puts Generative AI Into Production for U.S. Army Customers and Releases CCaR™ v2026.3.0

CCaR™ AI is now operational at DoD Impact Levels 4 and 5, and the platform’s newest release expands proactive, agent-driven intelligence across the platform that governs more than $4 trillion in defense and Foreign Military Sales funding.

TYSONS CORNER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Integrated Data Services, LLC (IDS), an Arlington Capital Partners portfolio company, today announced two major product milestones. Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR™) AI entered production for U.S. Army customers on July 16, and CCaR™ v2026.3.0 was released on July 30, expanding AI-enabled decision support across the platform.

“The Army deployment and the release of CCaR™ v2026.3.0 show that responsible AI innovation can move from promise to production, strengthening decisions across the program management, financial management, and acquisition communities.” - Tammer Olibah

Together, the two milestones mark a shift in how artificial intelligence reaches the defense enterprise: not as a separate tool layered onto mission workflows, but as intelligence embedded inside the authoritative system of record where requirements, budgets, and execution already live.

“Operationalizing AI in defense requires more than adding a standalone assistant. It requires securely embedding intelligence into trusted systems, authoritative data, and mission workflows,” said Tammer Olibah, President and CEO of IDS. “The Army deployment and the release of CCaR™ v2026.3.0 show that responsible AI innovation can move from promise to production, strengthening decisions across the program management, financial management, and acquisition communities.”

CCaR™ AI Goes Live for the Army

On July 16, CCaR™ AI entered production for Army customers. The capability allows authorized Army program management, financial management, and acquisition professionals to securely interact with their CCaR™ data in natural language, surface risks and opportunities, and automate repetitive analytical work. It draws on generative AI and frontier large language models (LLMs) delivered through the Army Enterprise LLM Workspace, which supports operations at DoD Impact Levels 4 and 5.

The distinction matters. Because CCaR™ AI operates on authoritative program data within an accredited environment, its outputs remain traceable to the same records that drive budget submissions and execution reporting, without requiring users to export data, create shadow copies, or reconcile results from a separate analytical tool.

What’s New in CCaR™ v2026.3.0

The release introduces three AI-enabled capabilities, each built in direct response to customer requirements:

  • A new CCaR™ Record data-driven workspace. Integrated CCaR™ AI Insights place decision-ready intelligence inside the record itself, reducing cognitive load and enabling users to interpret their data in context without leaving the workspace.
  • Three new CCaR™ Proactive Intelligence Agents. The Forecast Variance Agent, Unallocated Budget Agent, and Unallocated Incoming Document Agent continuously monitor program data and flag items requiring attention, helping users identify issues earlier and respond proactively.
  • A new CCaR™ Requirement Funding Widget. Required, approved, authorized, and unfunded amounts are visualized across selected budgets and fiscal years, with CCaR™ AI Insights helping users understand their funding position and identify emerging risks.

“This release extends AI-enabled decision support into more of the workflows our customers use every day to manage requirements, budgets, and execution,” said John Cole, Chief Product Officer at IDS. “We are scaling CCaR™ AI across the platform quickly, with each new capability tied to an operational challenge identified by our customers.”
