Led by FNBCC President and CEO Shaun Williams, a Treasure Coast resident for 35 years who has spent much of his banking career serving businesses and communities throughout the region, the team brings decades of local experience and deep relationships to the market.

Bartoszewicz has served the Vero Beach market for nearly 20 years, with most of her career focused on commercial lending. She serves as treasurer of Next Generation Veterans of Indian River County and is a committee member of the American Gold Star Mothers of Indian River County Military Suicide Awareness Annual Walk-a-Thon.

Byrd, a Fort Pierce resident, has two decades of banking experience in the St. Lucie market. He began his banking career more than 27 years ago at Bank North in Massachusetts. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a graduate of Howard University and Nova Southeastern University. He serves as president of Project Rock South in St. Lucie County, board secretary of Fort Pierce PAWS, advisory board member of Fort Pierce United Against Poverty, and is a member of Fort Pierce Rotary and Kiwanis Club of Okeechobee.

Mendoza-Bello brings more than eight years of retail banking and customer service experience to FNBCC, with expertise in relationship management, banking center operations and financial solutions.

He is a graduate of Indian River State College and serves as treasurer of Martin County Healthy Start Coalition, investment committee vice chair of St. Lucie County, a member of Fort Pierce Rotary, and a graduate of Martin County Leadership Class 23.

“The Treasure Coast continues to experience meaningful population and business growth, creating a real need for accessible, relationship-driven banking,” said Shaun Williams, President and CEO of FNBCC. “Having worked with members of this team previously, I know the caliber of professionals they are. Their local knowledge, established relationships and commitment to exceptional service will help businesses thrive while laying the foundation for our future full-service banking center in the Treasure Coast.”

Until a permanent Treasure Coast banking center location is identified, the team will continue to work from a loan and deposit production office. Located at 415 Avenue A, Suites 205 and 206, Fort Pierce, Florida, the central location enables them to efficiently serve businesses throughout Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin and Okeechobee counties.
