HARRISBURG, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CJ Pony Parts ("CJ Pony Parts" or the "Company"), a portfolio company of Century Park Capital Partners ("Century Park"), announced today that it has acquired select restoration-focused brands from Holley Performance Products ("Holley"), including the Scott Drake and Brothers Trucks brands. The transaction expands CJ Pony Parts’ product portfolio across two of the most enduring categories in the classic vehicle aftermarket and further establishes the Company as a premier multi-brand restoration platform.

Scott Drake is the world's largest supplier of reproduction parts for classic Ford Mustangs, producing precision interior, exterior, mechanical, and drivetrain components for Mustang platforms dating back to 1964½. Brothers Trucks offers a comprehensive catalog of restoration parts for 1947-1987 Chevrolet and GMC pickups, with coverage extending through later-model classic Chevy trucks. Both brands are long-established, enthusiast-trusted names with deep SKU catalogs and decades of category leadership.

The acquisition is a natural extension of CJ Pony Parts’ strategy. The Company is the leading player in the classic Mustang aftermarket and has been expanding aggressively into the classic truck segment, its fastest-growing vehicle category.
