Annual conference delivers proven strategies to advance innovation and drive measurable performance improvement

The HealthTrust mission of making healthcare missions possible was on full display throughout the conference as members participated in networking, professional development sessions, micro-educational presentations, and opportunities to earn continuing education credits, complemented by an exhibit hall showcasing offerings from industry-leading suppliers.

The conference highlighted a broad range of issues shaping healthcare today and in the future, with sessions focused on:

  • Pharmacy operations and leadership, with insights on advancing pharmacy performance and navigating the evolving pharmacy benefit landscape

  • Enterprise-wide alignment, exploring approaches to connect teams, standardize processes and scale performance improvements

Attendees also gained practical insights into logistics management, cross-functional alignment and standardized, scalable approaches to improve cost, quality and systemwide performance.

Keynote speakers set the stage with inspirational messages from John Foley, Robyn Benincasa, Suneel Gupta and Michelle Poler, who highlighted leadership, resilience and high-performance culture, which are critical for today’s healthcare environment. From building trust and teamwork in high-pressure situations to preventing burnout and fostering courageous leadership, sessions offered healthcare executives practical strategies to strengthen culture and lead through change.

HealthTrust recognized seven exemplary member organizations at the conference with its prestigious Member Recognition Awards – MaineHealth, Scripps Health, Community Health Systems (CHS), Mercy, Pediatric Associates Company, LLC, UCI Health and Northern Light Health.
