JAGGAER's 2025 ESG Report Marks Five Consecutive Years of Progress and Ethical AI Leadership

Fifth consecutive report highlights measurable climate stewardship progress and responsible AI governance

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JAGGAER, a global leader in AI-powered Source-to-Pay software, published its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report today, marking its fifth consecutive year of sustainability disclosure. This year's report introduces JAGGAER's first Double Materiality Assessment (DMA), conducted with reference to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), and highlights the company’s achievement in becoming the first business in the Source-to-Pay industry to obtain ISO/IEC 42001 certification for its Artificial Intelligence Management System.

Andrew Roszko, Chief Executive Officer at JAGGAER, comments: “This is not simply a record of what we have measured or disclosed. It is a reflection of who we are, and a commitment to who we are becoming."

The DMA assesses both how JAGGAER's activities affect the environment and society, and how sustainability-related risks and opportunities may affect the business. Its findings inform the scope and priorities of this year's report. JAGGAER also continues to advance its Plan Zero climate strategy and further embedded ESG capabilities across its JAGGAER One Source-to-Pay platform.

Andrew Roszko, Chief Executive Officer at JAGGAER, comments: “This is not simply a record of what we have measured or disclosed. It is a reflection of who we are, and a commitment to who we are becoming. This report reflects a structured, evidence-based program that we are committed to improving year over year. Our aim is to measure our impact honestly and to support our customers as they work toward their own sustainability goals.”

The company's overall EcoVadis score also improved by 83% since its first assessment in 2021, placing JAGGAER in the top 8% of companies assessed globally and the top 4% within its industry in 2025.

Environmental

JAGGAER measured and published Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions for the fifth consecutive year, achieving a 42% reduction in total emissions since 2021. This progress is supported by a refined measurement approach enabled by JAGGAER’s collaboration with Watershed, an enterprise sustainability platform. Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reduced by 23% against a 2021 baseline, while Scope 3 emissions have been reduced by 43%, exceeding the company's 2030 SBTi-aligned target.

Social

As of the end of 2025, JAGGAER employed 1,200+ people across 17 countries. Women represented 41.8% of the company's global workforce and held 35% of management positions. Employees contributed increasing volunteering hours to community initiatives in 2025. The company's people-focused culture was recognized externally, with JAGGAER India earning Great Place to Work® certification, and JAGGAER's North America team ranking as a Best-in-Class Employer by Gallagher for the fourth consecutive year.

Governance

In 2025, JAGGAER became the first Source-to-Pay company to announce ISO/IEC 42001 certification, the international standard for AI Management Systems, reflecting the company's approach to responsible and transparent AI governance, in alignment with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the EU AI Act.
