Korn Ferry Ranked as Canada’s Best Executive Recruiter by Forbes Magazine

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY), a global organizational consulting firm, has been recognized by Forbes Magazine as Canada’s best executive recruiter. The firm was also honored as a leading professional search firm in Canada.

"Organizations need more than executives who simply adapt to change—they need leaders who create the conditions for people and organizations to thrive," said Gary D. Burnison, CEO of Korn Ferry. "We're pleased to be recognized by Forbes as Canada's best executive recruiter and a leading professional search firm. This recognition reflects our commitment as a global organizational consulting firm to help clients identify exceptional talent, align leadership and strategy, and build the cultures and capabilities that drive enduring performance."

As featured in Forbes, the magazine partnered with Statista to survey more than 15,000 participants—composed of recruiters, HR managers, hiring managers and recent job candidates in Canada.

The executive recruiting ranking recognizes firms that place qualified candidates in executive-level positions, such as CEOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders. The professional recruiting ranking evaluates firms that place qualified candidates in permanent positions outside of executive-level roles. Rankings are based primarily on validated recommendations from survey participants, with self-recommendations excluded.

In addition to being recognized in Canada, Korn Ferry was ranked No. 1 in the Americas earlier this year by Forbes and Statista—a top ranking achieved by the company in nine of the last 10 years.
