Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions Announces Enhanced Global System Integrator Program

Program recognizes and rewards system integrators with the tools, training, and support needed to grow their business and deliver exceptional project results

FOXBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions, Inc., a global leader in industrial automation, smart and sustainable buildings, and digitalization software, today introduced its enhanced Global System Integrator (SI) Program, a comprehensive initiative designed to empower the system integrators it works with to successfully implement and scale the company’s solutions across industries and regions.

The Global SI Program leverages Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions’ international presence, combining resources from its extensive network of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation business offices globally and distributors to provide its SIs with localized expertise, robust sales support, and dedicated assistance that drive project success. The program also offers a range of resources and tools to support solution delivery and business integration, helping the SI community pursue continued growth through Mitsubishi Electric’s strong market presence and software portfolio.

“As industries become more connected and data-driven, the role of the system integrator has never been more important,” said Takeshi "Tak" Tarui, Vice President, Global Business Development, at Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions. “By formalizing and expanding our global SI program, we are recognizing system integrator excellence and creating a clear pathway for growth, differentiation, and long-term value creation across our entire ecosystem.”

“The Global SI Program strengthens our ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across the automation stack,” said Michael Norman, Vice President of Operations at Wunderlich-Malec Engineering, a Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions system integrator. “With deeper access to validated tools, certifications, and technical resources, we can streamline interoperability between control systems, SCADA, and enterprise layers, ultimately accelerating deployment timelines and improving system performance for our customers.”

With the introduction of a multi-tiered structure, the Global SI Program recognizes SIs based on experience, technical capabilities, certifications, market specialization, and industry expertise. The tiers include the Standard tier for new SIs, followed by Elite and Diamond Elite levels for SIs demonstrating technical excellence, strong customer service, and proven project success. The framework is designed to ensure customers worldwide have access to highly qualified integrators capable of delivering complex, large-scale solutions.

The tiered structure is designed both to recognize SI expertise and to foster business growth. As eligible SIs advance through the program, they gain increased access to resources, support, and opportunities that enhance their ability to deliver value to customers.

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions places a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication, ensuring SIs remain informed about product innovations, support updates, and critical information needed to execute joint customer projects successfully.
