Miller Expands Deltaweld® and Auto Deltaweld® Lineup With New 600-Amp System

Platform expands to meet growing power demands across more applications

APPLETON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, a leading worldwide manufacturer of Miller® brand arc welding equipment, announces the launch of the new Deltaweld 600 and Auto Deltaweld 600, extending the proven Deltaweld platform to 600 amps. Built for operations that need more power when the job calls for it, Deltaweld 600 and Auto Deltaweld 600 enable an operation to weld with higher amperage for longer periods while continuing to use a system they already know.

“The Deltaweld family has earned its reputation by delivering the reliable performance operators count on every day,” said Reid Oleson, product manager at Miller. “With the 600-amp system, we’re extending that same trusted experience to more demanding applications, giving operators the power they need to keep productivity high and workflows consistent.”

Trusted across the changing landscape of manufacturing facilities, the Deltaweld family has long included 350-amp and 500-amp systems. The addition of the 600-amp class rounds out the lineup, giving operations a unified platform across a broader set of applications.

The Deltaweld 600 and Auto Deltaweld 600 support faster training, increased arc-on time and simplified setup. Additionally, the Auto Deltaweld 600 integrates easily into automated applications. Compatibility with Intellx™ and Auto Elite wire feeders delivers application-specific benefits and further helps teams maintain consistency across welding systems.
