Companies were evaluated using three primary data sources: Employee Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Sustainability Transparency. Out of hundreds of thousands of data points assessed, the top 1,000 companies were recognized for outstanding performance across these key areas.

Forbes America's Dream Employers 2026

Covista was named one of America's Dream Employers 2026 by Forbes, based on an independent survey of college students and employees at companies with at least 1,000 U.S. workers over the past three years.
