(each a “Fund” and together the “Funds”)

The board of directors of the Company (the “Board of Directors”) hereby informs the shareholders of the Funds (the “Shareholders”) that Nasdaq Inc. (“Nasdaq”), in its capacity as index administrator of the respective Reference Indices and Parent Indices of the Funds, as set out in the table below, (the “Index Administrator”), has resolved to introduce certain changes as detailed below (the “Changes”) on 20 July 2026 (the “Effective Date”).

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”) or the supplement of the relevant Fund (the “Supplement”) unless the context otherwise requires.

A. Overview of the Changes

(1) Parent Index of the Funds

Prior to the Changes, the Reference Indices of the Funds utilised either the Nasdaq Global Disruptive Technology Benchmark Index or the Nasdaq Global Index, as set out in the table below, (the “Current Parent Indices”).

As of the Effective Date, the Parent Index utilised by the Reference Indices of the Funds changes to the Nasdaq Global Disruptive Technology Benchmark2 Index (“NYDTB2”). The NYDTB2 methodology remains broadly consistent with the methodology of the Current Parent Indices and retains the same core construction principles. For the avoidance of doubt, the Index Administrator remains unchanged.

(2) Reference Indices of the Funds

Nasdaq has also resolved to implement enhancements to the methodologies of the current Reference Indices. The changes include, as applicable, updates to the thematic classification framework, constituent eligibility criteria, thematic coverage, ESG-related screening rules and index maintenance procedures.

These enhancements are intended to ensure that the Reference Indices continue to reflect evolving innovation trends and market developments while maintaining their respective thematic focus. For the avoidance of doubt, the Changes are largely evolutionary rather than structural and the Board does not expect the Changes to have a material impact on the Investment Objective, Selection Criteria, risk profile, or expected return characteristics of the Funds.

B. General Information

Copies of the revised Supplements of the Funds reflecting the Changes will be made available on the website of the Company (www.xtrackers.com) on or around the Effective Date, and copies thereof may be obtained on request free of charge at the registered office of the Company or at the offices of foreign representatives, once available.
