  • Employee Satisfaction – Based on survey data from approximately 217,000 verified employees at U.S. companies over the past three years, including company recommendations and employer ratings across workplace culture, compensation, working conditions, and equality.
  • Financial Performance – Based on revenue growth, profitability, asset growth, and return on assets over both short- and long-term periods.
  • Sustainability Transparency – Evaluated through environmental, social, and governance (ESG) indicators, including carbon emissions intensity, leadership diversity, human rights policies, corporate responsibility reporting, and compliance practices.
