MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--inDrive, a global mobility and delivery platform, today announced the appointment of Elaine Paul to its Board of Directors as an independent director.
Paul will advise the Board on financial strategy, corporate governance, and capital allocation, drawing on her deep expertise growing platform businesses and navigating complex investor and market dynamics. She will offer an independent perspective as inDrive continues to grow its core mobility business and expand its portfolio of services across 48 countries.
Paul brings more than three decades of experience leading high-growth technology, mobility and media organizations. As Chief Financial Officer of Lyft she oversaw all finance functions, including investor relations, FP&A, accounting, treasury, and corporate development, and guided the company through a period of significant business transformation, driving record revenues and significant efficiencies. Prior to Lyft, she served as CFO of Amazon Studios, where she oversaw financial planning and strategy for the company's multi-billion-dollar content acquisitions and investments. Before Amazon, she spent six years as CFO of Hulu, helping to significantly scale the company’s revenue and grow its valuation. Earlier in her career, she spent more than two decades at The Walt Disney Company, where her tenure included partnering with the executive team on Disney's international reorganization and leading Disney's original investment in Hulu. She currently serves on the Boards of Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR) and Marqeta (NASDAQ: MQ).
