100 Days After Launch, Structured Delivers Nearly 60 Enhancements to Its AI-Native Partner Marketing Platform
Three consecutive monthly releases expand AI, automation, analytics, campaign execution, content activation, and enterprise capabilities to help accelerate partner execution.
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Structured, the AI-native partner marketing execution platform, today announced nearly 60 product enhancements delivered since the company's full platform launch in February 2026. Across its April, May, and June releases, the company expanded AI, automation, analytics, campaign execution, content activation, localization, enterprise integrations, and partner engagement capabilities to help enterprises close the activation gap between content availability and partner-led campaign execution.
AI changes what's possible by helping every partner launch campaigns that would have previously required a marketing team.

The activation gap, the challenge of turning partner access into partner action, remains one of the most persistent problems in channel marketing. Structured built its AI-native platform to help enterprises close that gap by making partner marketing execution faster, simpler, and more measurable, turning partner engagement into pipeline impact at scale.
“Enterprise partner teams don't have a content problem. They have an execution problem,” said Stacey Epstein, CEO of Structured. “AI changes what's possible by helping every partner launch campaigns that would have previously required a marketing team. That's the future we're building toward with every release.”
From Content Availability to Partner Activation
Since February, Structured has delivered three major releases, each advancing the platform’s core mission: turning partner intent into executed, on-brand, measurable campaigns without requiring marketing expertise from partners. Key areas of innovation include:
AI and Automation
"Ask AI" agents can now access the new data analytics skill, allowing partners to ask performance questions such as "Which acquisition channel brought us the most leads?" and receive answers with inline charts and visualizations. AI-assisted configuration simplifies enterprise setup by enabling tenant admins to generate SSO provisioning rules from plain English and create profile-aware portal experiences from the first interaction.
Campaign Execution
Webinars and events are now fully integrated into Structured's campaign workflows, supporting both tenant- and partner-led events with registration, RSVP management, automated reminders, attendance tracking, and analytics tied directly to lead generation. Partners can also embed video assets directly into landing pages and email campaigns without leaving the editor. New governance controls help ensure campaigns are launch-ready for more consistent execution at scale.
Content Activation and Collaboration
Teams collaborate and iterate with more control over what goes live. A collaborative commenting and review system centralizes stakeholder feedback across emails, landing pages, social posts, banner ads, images, and custom documents before publication. Asset version control maintains a full version history of published assets, while automatic merge field mapping streamlines content personalization. Customized videos enable scalable co-branded video experiences for partners.
Analytics and Revenue Visibility
Lead management reporting expands to provide greater visibility into pipeline health, attribution, audit trails, and partner responsiveness, giving vendors visibility from executive dashboards down to partner operations. Automation rules turn engagement signals into pipeline activity by advancing lead status and creating draft deals automatically when thresholds are met.
Global Scale and Localization
Content translation integrates with enterprise translation services such as Lionbridge, giving global organizations a managed, scalable approach to localizing partner marketing content. The platform supports multiple translation providers, allowing teams to choose the right level of linguistic accuracy and brand control without leaving the activation workflow.
Enterprise Integrations
Salesforce CRM integrations support guided setup, field mapping, and bidirectional synchronization, with centralized monitoring of workflow activity and exceptions. Automatic partner attribution gives vendors greater visibility into partner-generated pipeline in Salesforce. Adobe AEM integration connects enterprise DAM assets to the content library with metadata and tag mapping, while Okta SSO and automated user provisioning strengthen enterprise identity management.
These enhancements build on the momentum of Structured’s recognition as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Partner Marketing Automation Platforms, Q2 2025, and Microsoft’s adoption of the platform earlier this year, further validating the growing demand for AI-native partner marketing execution.
