SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cardless, the AI financial services platform that helps brands launch and run their own co-branded card programs, today announced two additions to its executive team: Mark Troianovski as Chief Business Officer and Karolina Noronha as Chief Product Officer. Since its founding in 2019, Cardless has powered card programs for partners including Coinbase, Bilt, Alibaba, Qatar Airways, Avelo and others. Last fall, the company raised a $60 million Series C to fuel its next phase of growth and expand its platform to support debit cards, installment loans and deposit products.

Troianovski joins Cardless's C-suite as Chief Business Officer. Most recently, he served as Head of Consumer & Platform Partnerships at Coinbase, leading global partnerships and expansion strategy. While there, he helped bring Coinbase to Brazil, India, and other international markets, launched prediction markets and equities on the platform, and brought to market the Coinbase One credit card, built on Cardless's platform. Earlier in his career, he held sales and marketing roles in Ads & Payments at Google. At Cardless, Troianovski will lead commercial strategy, deepening existing brand relationships and driving new partnerships as the company expands its footprint.

Noronha joins as Chief Product Officer after more than a decade at Adyen, where she built and scaled the company's embedded payments business from the ground up, rising to Senior Vice President of Product for Platforms and Financial Services, building the embedded payments and marketplace products used by some of the world's largest platform businesses. At Cardless, Noronha will lead product strategy, sharpening the company's APIs and AI enablement layer so brands can launch and manage financial products faster and with less friction.

With the expansion of the leadership team, Cardless is doubling down on its mission to make financial products a build-once, scale-anywhere product for any brand. Their arrival marks the start of a new chapter of growth as the company deepens current partnerships and pushes into new markets.
