Axos Included in TIME America’s Best Companies 2026 List

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Axos Bank, the nationwide bank subsidiary of Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX), today announced that Axos has been recognized by TIME as one of America’s Best Companies 2026. This prestigious award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The award list was announced on July 9th, 2026, and can be viewed on TIME.com.

TIME and Statista identified the 1,000 highest-scoring companies nationwide based on employee satisfaction (survey data from roughly 217,000 verified U.S. employees), financial performance (revenue growth, net income, and asset growth from 2021-2025), and an index of governance disclosures.

Axos’ inclusion reflects a track record of disciplined financial performance and consistent third-party recognition over the past year:

  • Top-tier financial performance. Axos was named the 4th-highest performing publicly traded bank in 2025 by S&P Global, which evaluated all U.S. banks with more than $10 billion in assets on EPS growth, revenue growth, efficiency ratio, and credit quality.
  • Sustained growth and scale. Axos Financial closed 2025 with approximately $28.2 billion in consolidated assets, up from $23.7 billion a year earlier, alongside a diversified banking and securities business spanning Axos Bank, Axos Clearing, and Axos Advisor Services.
  • Repeat industry recognitions. Axos has been named to Forbes’ America’s Best Banks list multiple times, and has been recognized by Bank Director, Forbes Advisor, and other national outlets for innovation and digital banking pioneering.

“Being named to TIME’s America’s Best Companies list is a reflection of the discipline our team brings to serving customers and shareholders, managing risk, and building a culture where people want to do their best work,” said Greg Garrabrants, President and CEO of Axos Financial, Inc.
