Effective July 1, 2026, Christopher Tasca has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Co-founder Kevin Wargo will transition to Fly Alliance’s Advisory Board, where he will continue to provide strategic guidance and industry expertise.

The leadership transition coincides with the completion of a significant institutional investment that strengthens Fly Alliance’s balance sheet and provides the financial foundation for the company’s next phase of growth.
