Scooped! All-You-Can-Eat Ice Cream Festival Returns to Vancouver, WA On National Ice Cream Day Weekend - July 18-19, 2026

VANCOUVER, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Scooped!™ All-You-Can-Eat Ice Cream Festival returns to Esther Short Park for its second year, bringing an even bigger celebration of frozen treats, live entertainment, and community fun. The festival will take place Saturday, July 18, and Sunday, July 19, 2026, with Sunday falling on National Ice Cream Day.

After a successful debut in 2025, Scooped!™ is back with even more flavors, more vendors, and more entertainment. Attendees can sample dozens of ice cream flavors from leading local and national brands, all included with admission. From traditional favorites like vanilla and cookies & cream to dairy-free, and inventive new flavors, Scooped!™ offers something for every palate.

Beyond ice cream, the festival will feature live DJ performances, interactive activities, live mural paintings, giant games, the fan-favorite Milkshake Throwdown competition, and food vendors serving savory items to balance the sweetness.
