Lauren Snyder named Chief Customer Officer and Echo Bell joins as Chief Product Officer
LONDON, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LBMX, the world's leading buying group platform, today announced the addition of two accomplished leaders to its executive team: Lauren Snyder as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and Echo Bell as Chief Product Officer (CPO).
These appointments represent another step in LBMX's continued investment in delivering an exceptional customer experience and accelerating innovation for buying groups and their trading partners.
"At LBMX, our customers are at the centre of everything we do," said Craig Carpenter, CEO of LBMX. "Lauren and Echo bring proven leadership, deep expertise, innovative creativity and a passion for helping customers succeed. Their additions strengthen our ability to deliver an even more connected, responsive, and impactful experience for the buying group community."
As Chief Customer Officer, Snyder will lead LBMX's customer strategy, bringing together customer success, support, and experience initiatives to ensure customers maximize value throughout their partnership with LBMX.
Snyder joins LBMX following more than 14 years with TrueCommerce, where she held progressively senior leadership roles and helped scale customer-facing teams supporting thousands of customers across North America. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for building strong customer relationships, driving adoption and retention, and creating programs that help customers achieve demonstrably successful business outcomes. Her experience leading high-growth teams and championing customer success will help further strengthen LBMX's commitment to the buying group community.
Bell joins LBMX as Chief Product Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience leading product strategy, technology innovation, and software development across multiple, high-growth SaaS organizations. Most recently, she served in senior product leadership roles at Enable and Assent, where she helped drive product vision, scale teams, and deliver solutions that address complex customer and market needs. Her expertise in product management and building customer-informed roadmaps will help accelerate the evolution of the LBMX platform and the value it delivers to customers.
Together, Snyder and Bell further strengthen the leadership team LBMX has assembled to support its long-term vision and growing customer base. Their appointments build on recent investments across Group Experience, Customer Success, EDI and Integration Operations, reinforcing LBMX's commitment to helping buying group ecosystems operate more efficiently, connect their networks, and grow with confidence.
"Lauren and Echo each bring unique strengths, but they share a common focus on delivering value for customers," said Carpenter. "As we continue to grow, their leadership will help ensure we remain deeply connected to the needs of our customers while continuing to innovate in partnership with them."
